Wow, I thought I had deleted this blog . However it's great to find I did not, in fact, delete it.
Otherwise, how could be writing this post ?!
My latest development in the health department is that as of today when I had my doctor appointment, I have a new broken rib and gall bladder disease, or one or the other.
Regardless, it's a whole lot of excruciating pain. This makes my fifth rib breakage on my right side since March. In April I was hospitalized for nearly a week, then discharged with a home care nursing for six weeks.
They ( the nursing care ) has been caring, helpful and all around helpful.
I have a pain medication to take three times a day, as needed. I take Tramadol 50 mg. at 3:00 p.m. and at 9:00 p.m. It takes the edge off and I also rest alot and of course, don't make any quick, sudden or twisting movements.
Sunday April thirteenth, I was in the emergency room for hemmoraging from my head through my nose. I bled for more than forty-five minutes !
The team of doctors and nurses saved my life by acting quickly and at the same time, trying to keep me calm.
They said I would have "bled out" had they not did a certain procedure, which consisted of gadgets and medicines up my nose that felt like it was going into my forehead.
I'm blessed, and grateful to be alive. Once again in my lifetime, I have survived what many do not.
Hi Sunny, I now hear that you have gall stones and surgery may be in the wings. Hope it's fast and not life threatening.
ReplyDeleteContinue to be "blessed"!
